Jenk is a London based social entrepreneur, public speaker and social change activist, as well as the Founder & CMO of Thred Media, a 100% social change focused enterprise that specialises in Publishing, Consulting and Production aimed at Generation Z. Jenk is currently a member of the Google Z-Council, Oracle for Start-Ups and the Microsoft Surface young entrepreneur team.

Harry Beard
Harry Beard is the co-founder of PROSPECT 100. PROSPECT 100 run leading global design competitions for those aged 25 and under. The competitions provide career defining opportunities and boast an alumni of industry leading judges.

Esther Akpovi
Esther is the Gen Z Cheerleader, passionate about mobilising the voices of the next generation of talent. She is on a mission to re-invent the future of life for generation beta. From spending nearly a decade as a Gen Z Activist, sitting on boards and influencing policy, she has navigated into the world of venture capital using impact investing and entrepreneurship as a vehicle for social change. She has earned recognition as an award winning changemaker on BBC, MTV, Daily Mail, The Telegraph, Guap Magazine, Sahara Reporters and other leading publications.

Brian Femminella
Brian is a TEDx Speaker, USC Trojan, and current Co-Founder and CEO of SoundMind. Along with his work, he is also a United States Army soldier who will be commissioned as a Military Intelligence Officer. He has a cyber security and political background, where he previously worked for White Sands Missile Range and the U.S. House of Representatives. He has risen to an influential LGBTQIA+ and mental health advocate through his time in the entrepreneurial and military space.

Sam Watson
Sam is a 19-year-old founder originally from north London, now living in Paris. He is the host of the Enterprising Gen-Z Podcast, officially ranked as the best Gen-Z entrepreneurship podcast, and is listened globally in over 50 countries. Sam is the founder of Enterprising Gen-Z Events, an events company aiming to bring the value of the podcast into real life though unique networking opportunities for Gen-Z. These events allows enterprise companies a unique opportunity to market their products towards Gen-Z Entrepreneurs and professionals.

Benjamin Cervantez
Ben is a venture scout for three organizations and is passionate about amplifying emerging talent from GenZ. He previously worked as a business analyst at McKinsey and Co. and as the founder of Ahead of the Game, a nonprofit democratizing youth sports as recognized in the San Francisco Chronicle and The Emerald. His current mission is establishing a venture fund for young founders.
Ben is a sophomore in UPenn’s Jerome Fisher Program of Management and Technology.
